I have used - and still use - many different software programs depending on where I work, as provided by various employers. Some of them are complicated, cumbersome, and not intuitive at all. But in those situations, I have no choice. However, when it came to choosing software for my private practice, the decision was entirely mine. Naturally, I enthusiastically tested different versions. Some of them required full installation on a local computer, which made them impractical and difficult to use. Their operation also demanded a certain level of skill, and ultimately, they proved far from user-friendly.
That’s why I’m pleased to write about the MEDFILE program, which I’ve been using in my private practice for several years now. For me, it’s outstanding. The adjectives that come to mind when describing this software are: intuitive, simple, user-friendly, convenient, and easy to use. Additionally, it only takes logging in from any computer to have access to my entire practice - complete with patient lists, test orders, prescription and medical leave features, appointment scheduling. I can also view past visits and diagnoses. In a dedicated window, I can see e-prescriptions, e-leaves, etc. The panels that support diagnosis and drug selection are very well-designed. I would describe this software as excellent.
And one more thing: getting through the initial setup phase - dealing with platforms starting with the letter "P", endless agreement numbers, permissions, ZUS numbers, and their renewals - would have been impossible for me. Fortunately, whenever I ran into trouble, someone from MEDFILE support always called and offered professional assistance. With their guidance, I resolved everything very quickly. Huge applause to the team for their empathy and professionalism.
I’m an extremely satisfied user of this software. But it’s also worth exploring other MEDFILE features, such as marketing, e-visits, consultations, support, and billing.
Saying “I recommend it” is not enough.
